I'm always pushing it ...Sounds like my husband! I'm always pushing it when I shouldn't - take your rest when you can - you don't want a relapse. I'm all for the gym, you know ... you'll get back but pace yourself. It's tough being sick for so long and then getting back in it headstrong. I was sick for a month at the holidays and kept trying to workout at the moment I felt better - no a good idea.
